In order to achieve this, here are the binding principles for all people in our community, which we always adhere to when interacting with other users or employees of Loviz.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/b><\/p>\n Loviz lives from the peculiarities of the people. We welcome everyone with open arms and always treat each other with respect. We tolerate other views and opinions, even if they are not the same as ours. It is therefore also clear that we do not tolerate any form of bullying, discrimination, (sexual) harassment, sexist behavior, racism or physical or psychological violence. Furthermore, we do not tolerate the spreading or incitement of hatred or violence.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/b><\/p>\n Loviz users should not contact other users outside of the app unless the person has given their consent to do so. Just because a person uses our app is no reason to interact with that person outside the app or to contact them about their Loviz user account. If a person cancels a match, we respect this decision and do not continue to contact the person (e.g. via social media) and do not attempt to contact the person via other channels.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/b><\/p>\n Consent must always be communicated clearly and free of constraints. Consent can be revoked at any time, which we always respect. At Loviz, we expect everyone to treat each other with mutual respect and never post content or initiate conversations on Loviz that are obscene, tasteless, offensive or contrary to common morals and decency.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/b><\/p>\n The users of Loviz should be honest. This means that we do not provide false information about ourselves or share false content about ourselves (e.g. date of birth, gender, interests, pictures). Furthermore, we only have one personal user account with Loviz and not several. As users, we are at least 18 years old and do not try to mislead other users with our content. Our user account is authentic and shows a true and accurate picture of us.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/b><\/p>\n At Loviz, we look for meaningful connections with other people. That’s why Loviz was created. At Loviz, we respect different views on what constitutes a meaningful connection. As users, we go to great lengths when designing our user accounts and interacting with other users. We are therefore thoughtful about what content we publish or share. The more time and effort we put in, the better the experience on Loviz will be for us.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/b><\/p>\n Mistakes or transgressions can happen. We therefore report all misconduct and all violations of the <\/span>General Terms and Conditions<\/span><\/a> or this User Guideline. Reports can be submitted <\/span>here<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n At Loviz we protect reporters who make reports in good faith from reprisals and retaliation. Anyone who makes malicious or knowingly false reports must expect consequences from Loviz.<\/span><\/p>\n Alternatively, reports can be made in our app. Loviz takes all reports very seriously and investigates them appropriately.
